If you order Bride Sneakers only, select “No Groom Pair” under Groom Size.

Because each pair is personalized and created specifically for you, we normally cannot accept returns or exchanges for an incorrectly selected size or personalization details provided by the buyer.

However, if you have any issue with your order, please contact us. We always do our best to find a fair solution and make sure you are happy with your purchase.

If your sneakers arrive damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the listing due to an error on our side, we will of course help resolve the issue.
